This short form collects the details and documents we need to add you to payroll and confirm your right to work. It takes about ten minutes, and you can do it all from your phone.
Have these ready before you start
Gather everything first so you can finish in one go. Nothing is saved until you reach the end and submit.

Photo ID
Your passport or UK driving licence. We'll show you exactly how to photograph it.

Proof of address
A recent bank statement, utility bill, council tax bill or tenancy agreement showing your name and address.

Your National Insurance number
Two letters, six digits and a final letter — for example QQ 12 34 56 C. It's on your payslips, P60 or HMRC app.

Your start date
The day you've agreed to begin, Monday to Friday. If you're unsure, check with your manager before you start.

A start-time slot
Pick the session that suits you: morning, 10am–1pm or afternoon, 2pm–5pm.

Your bank details
Account name, account number and sort code, so payroll can pay you. We never take payments from this account.
Your privacy matters. The documents you upload are identity records, so we store them securely, use them only to bring you on board, and delete them once your right-to-work check is complete. Full details are in our privacy notice.
